I love being caught unexpectedly... especially at work
Sometimes I think that the most authentic moments in life aren’t the ones we prepare for.
They’re the ones that happen unexpectedly.
When you’re just in your own world… absorbed, focused, authentic. No trying to please, no unnecessary words, no pretense. Just you—in the moment, in your own rhythm, in your own mood.
And suddenly… someone notices you exactly like that.
Without warning.
Without preparation.
Without masks.
And, you know, there’s something special about that.
A slight flutter, as if you’ve been caught doing something personal. A little awkwardness that, for some reason, doesn’t push you away, but rather draws you in. And that fine line between “they saw me” and “they wanted to understand me.”
I’ve always felt that it’s in moments like these that true attention is born. Not toward the image. Not toward the exterior. But toward the state of being.
Because you can try for a long time to look perfect…
Or you can just be yourself—and suddenly find yourself noticed.
And perhaps it’s precisely these “accidental” glances that become the beginning of something not at all accidental…
