When love turns into power

Some relationships aren't about feelings, but about control.
One gives, the other controls. One loves, the other tests how far they can go.
And all this is under the guise of "care," "passion," "affection."
You think you're fighting for love, but in reality, you're simply being kept dependent—subtly, gracefully, without harshness.
But here's the shocking thing: sometimes you enjoy it. Being led.
It gives a strange sense of security—while someone else decides how much you're allowed to feel.
Perhaps we're not seeking love, but power over ourselves, disguised as emotions?
And if so, who among us is truly free?
