Yes, I would lie!

Some 'lies' are really for good
for example ... if my man cooks breakfast for me but it's not really tasty how can I say about it? if he woke up earlier, he wanted to surprise me, make me smile
how would I say that breakfast could be better? of course I will say it is best surprise!
and many other such situations! I am wondering how men feel about it. I would be a little sad if my man did not like my dish, for example... but I feel he can say truth, I will handle) through saying good words would be fine as well.. generally, I do not consider such things as lies! hope to know more opinions
