tell me honestly… are men really afraid of strong women?

the other day I read an interesting theory in a magazine. a man wrote that many men admire strong women… but aren’t always ready to actually be with them.
strange, right?

because it seems like a confident, vibrant woman should be even more attractive.

but his explanation was curious:
“when a woman is very strong, a man feels like he has to be even stronger.”

and that made me pause for a moment…

so tell me honestly —
are men sometimes a little afraid of women who know exactly who they are and what they want?

or is that just a convenient excuse for those who simply aren’t ready for a real relationship?
