Health is the most important thing!
To begin with I want to say that last time I feel tiredness and low force because of very active life style.Last time I have a lot of things to do and I have noticed that I sleep about 7 hours which is not enough for me.So I have thought about it and I decided to visit courses of yoga because I know that it is very useful for health and body.Actually I have always tried to follow active and healthy way of life and I think that yoga is very good choice to keep body in a good shape and to feel good.
I think that every person is able to find 1-2 hours per day to make his body more healthy and strong.
Health is given us only one time in our life and we should take care of it.
