Moral BOUNDARIES

Morality is a convention. But it's boundaries that make life exciting.
Every day we choose: to follow the rules or to break them, at least mentally. Sometimes thoughts are more frightening than actions. We play with them, watching the storm rage within.
When someone crosses your personal boundaries, a strange excitement arises—a mixture of anxiety, fear, and desire. It's shocking, frightening, but also attractive.
Moral boundaries are the stage on which our real lives are played out. The closer to the edge, the more intense the feelings, the greater the inner tension.
Sometimes you want to cross the line and see what happens. Sometimes just the thought is enough to get your heart pounding. Paradoxically, it's the boundaries that intensify desire.
